The brief
A Nashville residential developer with a decade of completed builds and no digital home for any of it. Buyers and agents were being sent photographs over text.
What we did
We designed and built the company website end to end - current projects, completed projects, rentals, services and enquiry routes - then took over digital content across Instagram and YouTube with short-form video, carousels and Meta ad creatives cut from site walkthroughs.
The outcome
Every project now has a page that agents can send directly, and the social feed pulls from the same library, so the brand reads as one thing across the site, Instagram and YouTube.
