Full performance-marketing engine and website for a family-run plot developer in Angul - scripting, video, Meta Ads and a WhatsApp-first funnel that produced 100+ leads on day one.
The brief
A family-run plot developer in Angul had never run a paid campaign. Everything sold through word of mouth and hoardings, and the website did not exist in a form buyers could act on. The brief was to make people in and around Angul actually see the layouts, without publishing plot rates.
What we did
We built the site around a single action - enquire on WhatsApp - and wrote the content so every layout, amenity and landmark had a page worth landing on. Alongside it we produced a creative system for Meta: drone openers, walk-through reels and curiosity-led hooks that never mention price, with tight geo and interest targeting behind them.
The outcome
The first day of spend produced more than 100,000 views and over 100 qualified enquiries, all landing directly in WhatsApp where the family could answer personally. Two layouts have since sold out and the campaign structure now runs continuously.
